All too often, Employers could have successfully defended a claim against them but for the process they followed (or indeed, failed to follow). Frustration, disappointment and/or anger can easily result in you not investigating matters thoroughly or following due process. We will help you focus on the facts and steps required, rather than the emotion of a situation.
You decide the degree of our involvement. We can provide you with a full written process, template letters, scripts for meetings, and be at the end of the phone to answer your questions, or we can deal with the situation for you end to end (perform the initial investigation, conduct the disciplinary hearing and take care of all the documentation).
We can help with prevention as well as cure. We will work with you to identify and address patterns of poor behaviour, whether they are culturally ingrained or a result of the odd bad apple. When we help our clients with a people problem we don’t sit back and rub our hands gleefully waiting for the next crisis, we report back our suggestions for avoidance, and advise on strategies to address the bigger picture.
