The skills, judgements and decisions of executives are continually relied on by the people around them, leaving little time and scope for reflection or resetting of priorities, goals and expectations.
You and your executives might wish to be perceived as all-knowing, but to be so, you need to continuously self-reflect and evolve which is significantly easier if you have someone to ‘bounce things off’ and have a forum to focus on yourself and your own development.
When you are at or near the top of an organisation, it can be difficult to find someone internally you would feel comfortable opening up to. Using an informal framework, we can provide one to one ‘me’ time to you and/or your senior executives. We offer confidential, pragmatic and unbiased support and motivation. We will help you challenge your self-perception, and usual thought processes to allow you to be the best you can be at what you do.
Our coaching program offers you the rare opportunity to stand back and to take a fresh look at a lifetime of assumptions and experiences. We of course look at situations from a business point of view, but also crucially from a holistic and personal point of view. We aim to get under the skin of problems and work with you on both immediate solutions and long-term behaviours, capabilities, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.

We can work with every level of an organisation from seasoned board members, senior and middle managers to the rising stars looking to develop their careers, wherever they currently sit within the business.
Approaching every coaching session with insight and objectivity, our goal is to bring out the best in the people we work with. Before the program commences we hold a brief introductory meeting with each person to ensure the appointed Coach understands your context and goals. The coaching process and confidentiality are discussed and this meeting provides an essential ‘chemistry check’ to ensure an effective coaching relationship will develop.
In subsequent sessions, coaching objectives encompassing both short term goals and longer term aspirations are discussed and agreed. The format of each program is determined by your agenda and needs, but as a guide, the structure is often around 6 sessions lasting one or two hours spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
Our coaches will evaluate progress throughout the program to produce realistic and effective action plans, considering sustained development long after the coaching has finished. We believe in providing ongoing support and offer phone and email support through the term of the program, and as may be agreed with the business thereafter.
