Do you have a conflict between individuals that needs to be addressed to avoid disruption to the business, to alleviate a toxic atmosphere and/or to nip a dispute in the bud before litigation becomes a likely outcome?
Often, it’s difficult to address such matters internally without one of the parties being concerned about potential bias, retribution and/or confidentiality.
We are adept at supporting all parties to a conflict in devising their own agreement on how to move forward. We do not judge or take sides and the process will only be embarked upon if the parties participate voluntarily with an undertaking, from all, that discussions will remain confidential. This highly effective process is designed to seek solutions for effective working relationships, not to apportion blame.
An accredited Mediator will be assign to meet initially with all parties to assess the suitability of Mediation as a tool to resolve conflict. Issues that will be considered include the safety of all parties, the balance of power between the individuals and whether the parties voluntarily agree to mediation as a way forward.

Each circumstance is different, but in general the mediator will meet separately with each party for an initial session lasting around an hour. At this session, each party will have an opportunity to explain how the conflict arose and the effect on them personally to the mediator. These sessions are also an opportunity to create an agenda for a joint meeting (usually around 2 hours) when and if the parties are comfortable to proceed. Often one joint meeting will suffice, however several may be appropriate, where agreed with the Company and all parties.
