We will work alongside you to understand your business and follow up any agreed implementations with simple but effective engagement surveys with your people so that we, and more importantly you, know what’s working well within your business and what’s not.
We can evaluate your current framework and provide you with a People Strategy Health Check report. Depending on your preference, the report can provide advice on how to improve your HR strategy by yourselves, with our help or a mixture of the two.

We meet with you to discuss what you would like to understand better about your people and their challenges. We create tailored, easy to complete surveys and report back to you the statistical information gathered. You can then either use the data to review yourselves, or work with us to create action plans.

Creates a framework for your people and their line managers to set, deliver and evaluate SMART objectives, that cascade from your business strategy, to allow each employee to deliver the needs of the business to the best of their ability.
How?
We can provide an online, end to end user friendly appraisal process, which you may also wish to link to your reward strategies. We can provide all documentation and guidance notes, as well as training and advice on the creation of SMART objectives.
Why?
Your people will know what they are doing well, and what they could do better. This provides more than a top down feedback encompassing valuable feedback from peers and across functions. You may also want to consider team 360s so that you get constructive feedback on how departments can work more effectively together.
How?
Delivered either as part of the Cadence Program or stand alone, we can provide a 360 evaluation tool that is systems based but allows for provision of individualised feedback and coaching.

A simple but effective agreement to set out the behaviours you value, and won’t tolerate. Sets benchmarks for good conduct and helps avoid conflict/poor performance and/or deal with it swiftly if it arises.
How?
We can provide template agreements, guidance and support on their completion or work directly with the individual/team on your behalf to create a lasting and effective written agreement.
Why?
Matches your own experienced people with less experienced team members to guide them in areas such as commercial understanding or people management skills. Increases engagement of both the mentor and the mentee and is an effective retention tool for both parties.
How?
We work with you to identify appropriate mentors and mentees and match them according to the agreed developmental areas for the particular mentee. We can provide written guidelines or deliver tailored workshops if preferred.

How?
We usually conduct 6 one to one sessions (1.5 – 2 hours per session) with your chosen executives (duration and number of sessions are flexible to your needs).

So your people know what is expected of them. Often overlooked, role definitions (Job Descriptions) are an important tool for eliminating duplication of effort and gaps in delivery as well as to support Performance Improvement plans.
