Why & How

The practitioners at Pitch Management Group have between them over 50 years’ experience in assessing and dealing with workplace performance and have designed the Cadence Programme to help leaders (and potential leaders) optimise and sustain their own and their team’s performance, enabling all participants to ‘like themselves, what they do and how they do it’… and raise their game in the process.

The Cadence Programme:

  • Focuses on creating greater self-awareness, openness, feedback and understanding to enhance the delivery of individual and team performance and is designed to help participants raise their game, and keep it raised, regardless of their current performance.
  • Is built on 6 core principles: Delivering Excellence; Setting and Achieving Goals and Vision; Preparing for and Seizing Opportunities; Self-Belief, Values and Motivation; Self-Mastery; and Effectiveness in Action and Communication.
  • Each principle has a library of competencies, from which client organisations can select the most relevant to them and their people, providing a bespoke programme.
  • Can be tailored to any group, from the board of directors through all levels of management, wherever there is a need or desire to continuously improve and develop.
  • Comprises interactive workshops to help participants identify the skills required to help them optimise their performance, in groups of up to 10 people. The programme can be delivered remotely as a part of a team development event or locally at your own offices or an offsite venue, the choice is yours.
  • Uses 360 degree feedback to promote self-awareness and optimise performance.
  • Will help identify and develop future leaders to prepare for the next step.
  • Is a holistic and enduring programme which includes personal action plans and progress review.
  • Can be followed up with an Executive Coaching programme to ensure continuous application of the principles and competencies developed, and may be used to support succession planning.
